PDF invoice generator (with payment QR)
Create a professional PDF invoice in a few minutes: your details, your client, the lines with multiple VAT rates, and an embedded EPC payment QR code so you get paid faster. It handles several VAT rates at once (21, 12, 6 in Belgium, 20, 10, 5.5 in France, and 0 where due). The invoice is built on your device with no account and no data transmitted.

This tool runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.
A compliant invoice must state your full details (name, address, VAT number), the customer’s, a sequential number, the issue and due dates, the itemised services with their VAT rates, and the net, VAT and gross totals. This generator assembles all of that into a clean, professional PDF.
If you enter your IBAN, the invoice automatically includes an EPC payment QR code: your customer scans it with their banking app and the payment is pre-filled with the right amount and the right reference — a simple way to get paid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Are the generated invoices compliant?
The PDF includes the essential elements of an invoice (parties, VAT, number, dates, line items and totals). What remains up to you: sequential numbering, the specific mentions of your sector and your general terms. When in doubt, have your accountant validate the template.
Can I make an invoice with several VAT rates?
Yes: each line has its own rate (21, 12, 6, 20, 10, 5.5 or 0 %), and the PDF breaks down the VAT by rate as the regulations require.
Are my data and my customers’ data stored?
No. The PDF is generated entirely in your browser; nothing is sent or kept. Remember to save the downloaded PDF — the tool keeps no history.
Does this generator produce Peppol or Factur-X invoices?
Not yet: it produces a classic PDF. For structured e-invoicing (mandatory in Belgian B2B since 2026), use software connected to Peppol — and use our validators to check the files.
